Upgrading Problem Using Simple Script

I thought I would give the Simple Script a try on my hosted account to try to upgrade my concrete5 site from 5.3 to the new released 5.3.

It appeared to work fine, but when all was done my home page did not dispay at all, did I need to still run the install script??

I had fits trying to get my simplescripts version to try and upgrade. You still have to run the upgrade script (details in other posts) and even then it only worked for 1 of my 2 sites. I ended up blowing it away and doing a fresh install and that still was problematic!

Ordinarily I've had no issues with simplescripts. This is the first time I've had major issues with it. At least it makes it easy to role back!

I found I had to delete old files to get it to work.
