Uploading a video via concrete 5 to my website

I am trying to upload a video file(currently 38 mb) to my concrete 5 file manager, then install it on my website:www.www.robert-sparrow-residential.org... which is hosted by Hostmonster, either it won,t load because the file because it's too large, wrong format, or something else ? I already have a Youtube link of the same video that I will be deleting because of adds popping up, so I would prefer the upload to work, any input would be appreciated, thank you.
Try looking in Dashboard -> System & Settings -> Environment Information and look for post_max_size and upload_max_filesize if either of those is less than 32MB that's why you can't upload your file. If it's not that I would check the PHP error logs on the server and see if you can see what error happens when you try to upload the file (maybe timing out?).
ALL media, especially video, should be lightwieght for bandwidth and viewing.

I upgraded my concrete 5, then I went to the File manager, to start uploading the reduced file you sent me, it showed it doing something, but never showed completion, so then I went to
'upload multiple files', where at least it showed a progress bar, I tried this several times, but kept getting an error message (see attached screen shots). I am running Windows 10, and use Opera as my browser, using Chrome, didn't make a difference either, tried IE, too slow.
The upload and post size are 50 M, so I am puzzled what the issue is ?

Have you looked at the PHP Error logs on your server? I would be willing to bet that they will tell you what error your server is running into.
Is your ‘Flash Player’ up to date?
Are sever folder permissions set to 755?
Is 'mp4' in the allowed file types list?

mp4 is included in the 'allowed file types list',
where do I go (step by step) to check 'server folder permissions' to make sure it's set to 755

Do u have cPanel or something similar to view server directories/folders. Do u have a FTP program that allows derectory/folder views?

I have attached 3 screen shots of my Hostmonster C-Panel, I don't know what to look for ?
Can you do anything from your end, ie log into Hostmonster and Concrete5 ?

thank you for all your help, I finally got the problem resolved, the issue was to do with
'time out', the upload was taking too long on the server.
I couldn't figure out how to adjust the settings, so I went back to the obvious basics, I had been
trying to upload over our WiFi to the internet (our signal isn't strong to begin with) so I connected my laptop to the modem/router via ethernet, and the upload was successful !

Glad it's sorted.
The video could be better being more landscape and smaller in width and height. I’ve converted to a better size and weight (6MB). See attached.
Also uploaded the converted video to a site using an old version of C5 for reference. Uses the built in ‘Video’ block which is not great but usable: http://56addons.55web.uk/
