Uprgade Problem 5.4.0RC to 5.4.0.2

mysql error: [1054: Unknown column 'l.spacing' in 'field list'] in EXECUTE

- UPLOADED a zipped version of the 5.4.0.2 "concrete" folder (I only uploaded the "concrete" folder, not the entire 5.4.0.2 set of files, unzipped it
- VISITEDhttp://yoursite.com/index.php/tools/required/upgrade...
- RECEIVED ERROR:
An unexpected error occurred.
mysql error: [1054: Unknown column 'l.spacing' in 'field list'] in EXECUTE("select l.layoutID, l.spacing from CollectionVersionAreaLayouts cval LEFT JOIN Layouts AS l ON cval.layoutID=l.layoutID WHERE cval.cID = '1' and cval.cvID = '22'")
Can anyone help!
