I have tried several times installing 5.4.0 rc1 and always get the same issue: blank white screen.

demo-host.org/540_rc1m28/index.php/install/-/configure/

I have also tried installing svn v 1761 and this install but has a dashboard error:

Fatal error: Class 'ActivityDashboardModuleController' not found in /home/vol11/demo-host.org/demoh_5295051/htdocs/540_1761/5.4.0/concrete/libraries/loader.php on line 265

v 5.3.3 installs no problems, but I want to test layout block functionality for my clients.

Any suggestions or help regarding installing v 5.4.0 is welcome as I have wasted 2 days already trying to get 5.4.0 working
