Various "installation" problems...have yet to find answer to

When I first installed C5 it was great (still is) but I've had some issues lately with just ONE of my sites...I have like 8-10 C5 sites. This one site likes to be a pain...I've been able to deal with some of it until now.

A few months ago, I downloaded a theme and then did some customizing to the PHP and CSS to make it looked like I wanted it to. Worked fine for the most part BUT when logged in and using Internet Explorer, there is no heading bar to edit AND when just viewing the pages they are all aligned to the left instead of the center. But if you viewed in any other browser, it was fine, so I didn't worry about it too much.

Now, I decided to purchase a new theme to see if it will correct the issue and it seems to still have issues. Now, I cannot add any blocks to my website at all! I can edit the ones already there, just not add. When I log in with IE, the header bar ends up at the BOTTOM of the page and makes it pretty funky to work with. Again...if using any other browser, the header bar is fine...still cannot add any blocks, just edit.

I don't know if it has something to do with my installation (I've tried upgrades and now on 5.5.2.1 (think that's the latest)) or if it has something to do with my database or what the deal is.

Any help anyone can give would be a huge help if I can get this fixed.

Thanks!

Steven

Could you supply a link to the site in question?

Do you have the same problem if you switch to a core default theme?

Yes...I just changed it to Plain Yogurt core theme and everything is lined up on the left side of the page...I'll leave it on that theme for now if you want to look at it. Same thing with the Edit / Dashboard bar...it is at the bottom of the page.

So this is happening no matter what theme I use.

I would hate to have to redo my site completely, but it almost seems as though I might... :( PLEASE help me!

Sorry...the link in question ishttp://www.snapitsports.com. I even created a new directoryhttp://www.snapitsporst.com/new and installed C5 there. By doing so, it fixes the dashboard problem and the alignment...but I cannot add any pages or blocks.

PLEASE HELP!
