Ver 5.4: Installation/upgrade error - Zend failed to open stream

Permalink 1 user found helpful
I am trying to upgrade an existing installation from 5.3.3.1 to 5.4 on a Debian Lenny server. When I call the upgrade-page I get this error:
Warning: Zend_Cache::require_once(Zend/Cache/Backend/File.php) [zend-cache.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/c5/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/Zend/Cache.php on line 132

Then I try a new installation and I get this error:
Warning: require_once(Zend/Loader.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/web0/html/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/Zend/Translate.php on line 25

I have checked the files on the server and I can not see to be missing some of them...

On my Virtualbox (Ubuntu-server) it works fine.

What is missing on a Debian Lenny server?
