Vimeo Block not running videos

This is my first installation and I can't get a video to run the error message is
'Could not determine video ID, Vimeo URL was not parseable' Can anyone make any suggestions?

What version of C5 do you have installed and what is the Vimeo URL you are using?
The URL for the video I'm trying to embed ishttp://vimeo.com/97699142 is there a URL for installing Vimeo?

I can see, just by clicking on the link to the video, it is private, which is why you'd be getting the error.
I made the video not private and it was still unable to show it.
Now I've got a bigger problem, I added a new page in the wrong place when I tried to remove it I removed all the header navigation bar! When I went back to the website all the navigation was still there but every time I go in edit it the navigation disappears. I've tried going back to earlier versions of the page but in edit mode there is still no navigation!
