when you downloaded the file, you put it by hand in the /themes directory?

Did you try the add-functionality interface in the dashboard to automatically install this?

can you put the unpacked theme directory in your /packages/ directory?

I downloaded it, and uploaded it through ftp. For anyone else that has this problem, I deleted it from the server, and installed it in the dashboard. Then I found the path of the pictures from right clicking and going to view image in Firefox. Should have thought of it before. It is in the Packages folder as frz pointed out.
I will post the new color (teal) when I get it done. Would be willing to do any color you would like. Thanks for all your help.
Still don't know what was wrong. I have PHP5 installed on my Bluehost server. and put it in the /themes directory. Now if I can only find out what code to add so that there is a left column, and full column template.
