Website issues and C5 upgrade impossible.

I'm getting error default messages in my gallery, the wordpress blog has disappeared and now my attempt to upgrade C5 in the hope it will be fixed are thwarted.
Please help.
This is the error I get when I try to downloade the new C5.

'Disk quota exceeded'
You'll need to either organise some more disk space or delete something from your server to free up a chunk of space. Websites really don't like running out of diskspace.
