Website Re-Direct through Cpanel Options ?

Hi,
I have a reset install on the C5 Server that I am accessing and editing. However my domain hasnt followed over.
In Cpanel there is a 301 redirect option, is that what I should select? Or is there another/better way to associate the DNS register direct to my site in Cpanel?
