Hello, I've installed c5 on a server (have don't this process a million times). Getting some weird errors including:

- Unable to delete blocks (says "Unable to find specified page")
- Blocks menu doesn't show block list (error console shows "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)")
- Cannot delete anything from File Manger (says "Unable to get permission key for delete_tree_node")

Any thoughts? (All server permissions have been set - file CMS has been updated).
