What do my hosting provider need to install concrete5?

I asked today to my hosting server provider (http://www.webhostinghub.com/)how can I install concrete5 in my domain. They told me (after check concrete5.otg) that this framework wont work in their server, becuase it needs some special resorces.

I'm new in this matter. I'll appreciate any help to know if my provider is right or wrong, or what kind of resources would they need?

Thanks in advvance.

Hello all,

I know this is an older post, but I work for WebHosting Hub, and Concrete5 definitely works on our servers.

It can be easily installed via Softaculous, here's a walk through guide:

Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.

Thank you,
