where are the environment settings in 5.4.2.2/5.5.2.1

I'm trying to submit a Support ticket for an Add-on but can't find the Environment settings I need to provide.
All documentation talks about going to "System & Settings" however this particular site is still running 5.4.2.2 (actually as part of this process I just upgraded to environment settings in 5.5.2.1) and "System & Settings" is something that is in the new 5.6 Dashboard
Can someone please help me find these settings o that I can submit the Support ticket. Thanks.

If you are ever lost, just type a word like 'environment' into the dashboard search and you will get a list of options/pages.
Thanks John, I am pretty sure I did that (well I put "environment" in every other spot on C5 ;-)
As it turns out, my upgrade to 5.5.2.1 hadn't taken effect completely (??) so my issue for the support request has actually gone now that it has upgrade properly anyway.

And if the site was not fully updated, maybe the search was not returning anything useful :(
