Where can I find MX records on Concrete 5 hosting to set up my email?

Hi
I have hosting set up through Concrete 5. I am trying to login and change my MX records so I can set up Google Apps for my email. I can't seems to find it anywhere and nothing comes up when I search the documentation or the forums.
I also need to change the CNAME records so I can verify my domain with Google Apps. I can't find that anywhere either.
Help.
