Have you created a database for concrete5 yet? If you have you should browse to your site and you will be presented with a 'First Run' where you will need to set some information. Since Softaculous has Concrete5 as a one-click installer my guess is the database is already set up for you (but that is just a guess).

Once you have your site up and running you should try out the navigation, add/edit blocks and pages, move things around and familiarize yourself with the dashboard.
