where is the filesystem?

Hi. real newbie question here. Im using the trial of concrete 5 (hosted). Whenever I search forums about customization etc everyone refers to a file system to make changes, like "concrete/themes..". Where the heck are these folders? how do you get to them? how do you edit them? and what do you use to edit code in them? Ive searched the dashboard and cant find anything.
