White Screen of Death - Update 5.6.3.3

Hi,
does anyone else having a same problem, when updating from 5.6.3.2 to 5.6.3.3 and only page that is running is login. Everything else is white.

Somehow if I try to instal new concrete in same domain it says:
Doesn't support concrete5 request urls

so, no error messages in mysql or webserver logs? Viewing page source shows nothing?
I have had this happen because I did not turn on
short_open_tag = On
in my php.ini, but that is usually only necessary if you get concrete5 from github. Did you?

I just update auto update trough site. (Note to self never again...)
I don't have access to php.ini it's not my server.
What is problem with auto update. What does it do?

do you have access to the command line? or can you only configure C5 via the web?
If you can, you can make a simple page and use phpinfo(), and search for "short_open_tag".
are you referring to the auto update for Concrete5?
Did you install this or is this installed by your ISP?

Can you give us an update on your progress? You appear to have been able to revert back to 5.6.3.2.
I don't get what is wrong?
