Will Concrete5 allow me to edit existing site.

Good Afternoon,
I am almost a rookie at all things web related except that on Hostgator I built a site using Weebley (a very simple system for web building). We have moved our site to TMDHosting and thus need to change our website editing. Our club's site is heritagepokerclub.com . If I get TMD to install Concrete5 for me will I be able to edit the current site or will I need to start all over. Any advice on how to edit my current site easily will be appreciated. Our site is small, maybe a dozen pages and our club has fewer then 150 members.
