Windows/SQL Server

Has anyone had any luck getting Concrete5 up & running in a windows server/sql server environment?

Anyone have any hints/tips/howtos on this?

I have a client who is currently hosted on a provider that's running windows/sql server ;P I would LOVE to tell them to switch, but that's probably not going to happen.

I haven't tackled the project yet, so I don't know if it's going to be difficult. I plan to set up a vm with windows/apache/php/sql server & see if this can be done. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I did find that link earlier and it was very helpful... thanks! But I think I wasn't very clear in my question. I LOVE concrete on LAMP servers. I can handle putting together a WAMP server from scratch... or even building it with IIS instead of Apache (I guess that would be a WIMP server then :-D ). But I guess my question is really about SQL Server instead of MySQL.

I was looking at the Framework Features under the developer introduction where it says "while Concrete CMS has only been tested extensively with MySQL, it should be mostly portable to other databases like PostgreSQL". Given that ADODB supports MS SQL, this should be possible, right? Has anyone done this?

I don't think anyone has done this yet..

if you do it and release it back to the community, you'll be a hero.

Thanks in advance
