Wrong Domain Name on Project Page

Hi,
I have a problem whereby the domain name listed on my project page differs from the actual domain name of my site.
I did change domains, but did a fresh install of C5 and connected the new site to the C5 community - unfortunately the old domain still shows on here...
...which i guess is why i can't see any add-ons i've licensed.
Can anyone help?
