Wrong version (even after upgrade!) with latest download?
Hi
I noticed something real strange: I just downloaded the very latest 5.6.1.1 version. I DID check that in the concrete5 / web / concrete / config / version.php the version number is correct (5.6.1.1).
I uploaded the concrete directory to the server into a "concrete.new" directory. After uploading, I cleared the cache, renamed the "old" version to "concrete.old" and the new version to "concrete".
Then I ran the upgrade:
http://blablabla/index.php/tools/required/upgrade...
Now please look at the attached screenshot: The version is showing wrong, and even when I rerun the script using the link provided - it's still an old version.
Any idea?
Olaf

Is the problem solved? I am planning to upgrade to the latest version and i wish to take all the precautions from facing a similar problem.
You may find this howto of use
http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/developers/organise-...
http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/developers/organise-...
Then once updated rename 'old' concrete and move the new 'concrete' folder to root.
Also remember to adjust content in config folder.
