Yikes! Did I lose my trial site forever?

I built a trial site and then got busy with something else. Now am ready to work on it again, and it is expired. Do I need to start from scratch?
I need an answer to this as well. I setup the concrete5 temp site then purchased a hosting plan as I was led to belive that when I purchased the hosting plan the site would no longer be "temporary". I would like to know where the hell is my work and why doesn't it show up in my hosting acount?
Out of curiosity was the hosting plan you purchased from concrete5 ?

I'm pretty sure that the trial is only temporary, and isn't built to be a permanent solution.
When getting a trial, it expires after a certain amount of time, to save room on Concrete's servers. Ordering their hosting service is an entirely separate thing from the trial, so you will not be able to keep what you had in the trial.
The idea of the trial is simply to give you a feel for how Concrete works.
I am NOT on the core team, so my explanation probably isn't the best. Hopefully someone on the core team can explain it more clearly than me.

I HAVE to retrieve the temp site for my client. I sold them on using

to contact c5spot and concrete to get the site hosted AND I paid for the
hosting out of pocket. I don't get it. You gave me a temp site. I paid
you. And the temp site is not a production site. Rather, it's still a temp
site. Why?
