I've recently made a new site for an intranet. All fine apart from the whole thing runs soooooo slow. This is on a server about 2 meters away from me on the same network!!

I had problems before and seem to remember something about Zend optimizer sorting out the problem. The only reference I can find to it is here:

However, I'm on windows with IIS 7 so where do I change/add zend settings?! I've done it before but can't for the life of me remember how. I don't have access to the server I did it on anymore so can't check.

Any help would be great!!
