I have a site built with 5.6.3.3 ( http://www.cmsguide.info ). Most of the traffic comes from Europe and other countries.
About half of all visitors in overseas countries are getting a "timeout" error.

I have a hardcoded stack that shows in one language but not in other. So I can see the logo in english but in spanish there is only a blank space.
