I'm ready with 95% of the translation in Bulgarian.
You can get it directly from the site i'm using it (left that dir unprotected).

В главната директория на сайта правите директория /languages/bg_BG/ и там записвате .mo файловете.
След това добавете този ред:
define("LOCALE", 'bg_BG');
във файл
/config/site.php
