I haven't seen any comments form Chinese users, I therefore doubt you'll find any Chinese documentation.

Somehow I started to like concrete 5 already.
But I didn't learn any php code before, in fact know nothing about making a web by myself.
Hopefully my upcoming problems will drive you mad.

I have a couple Chinese people approached me about Chinese version.
Chinese characters are multibytes characters.
So current concrete5 requires a moderate operation like our Japanese version did.
We, Usagi Project, have a couple Chinese people joined our developer team.
But so far, everybody seems busy doing their main job... don't have time to sit down and develop Chinese version yet.
But we may help, or we may make Chinese version for 50% of chance.
But so far, nothing has done yet.
