There might be a 3rd-party plugin that's messing things up. All plugins that are published by CKSource are official plugins, so they will always work with the latest release of CKEditor. Other plugin distributors do not offer this guarantee. Some might work with older versions of CKEditor only.

also, this is the only add-on on or plugin the site. and I think these are themes.
