Concrete5 support for Hebrew

Hi guys,
I am trying to figure out if I want to build my website with concrete5. The thing is that my website needs to be in Hebrew so I an wondering if:
1) Is the concrete5 CMS support Hebrew- both Heb letters and Left to Right writing.
2) Is there a translation of concrete5 (the CMS itself) to Heb? like there is for WordPress, Drupal and Jumla
