Consistency in Swedish translation
Permalink
Hi,
I would like to suggest that those of use working on the Swedish translation together decide on how to translate a few common words/terms for consistency. After having looked through parts of the existing 5.5 translation I have identified the following inconsistently used words:
"behörigheter" versus "rättigheter"
"site" vs "webbplats"
"marketplace" vs "marknadsplats"
"attribut" vs "egenskaper"
My personal preference would be to go for "rättigheter", "webbplats", "marknadsplats" and "egenskaper" but we should preferably come to a consensus. Anyone else have any thoughts or preferences?

I concur. However, suddenly I notived Instrumentpanelen turning into Informationspanelen, it confused me a bit. (I must admit I was away for a while, so haven't really seen what's going on with the sv translation...)
I could run it through POEdit to correct them as we seem to have a consensus.

I noticed that suddenly, some instances of Dashboard have turned into Informationspanelen. Previously, Instrumentpanelen was consistently used. I chose Instrumentpanelen as it isn't just information, it's also the "backend interface" for the site administrator. Any thoughts?
Sounds good!
I also would like to know what we should call "Composer". Should we go with Composer as a name or translate it into something more swedish?
