Copy Language Tree but also links on separate pages.

Hi all,
Copy language tree works fine but if you have a site with a lot of internal links on the pages itself it doesn't work.
We are working on a website that has dozens of internal links on separate pages. I mean hyperlinks on the page itself, in the content. Now this site has to be translated in approx. 44 languages.
After copying the language tree the internal hyperlinks still point to te pages of the language it was copied from.
