error when copy tree

Hi,
When i try to copy tree from ENG to FR concrete5 returns an error like the one below (i got the same error trying to empty the trash) :
I notice also that i cant create new pages at the root of the sitemap.
When i create the page i can enter name and description and then as soon as i click on the Add Page button i'm redirected to the homepage of the website and nothing as been created in the Sitemap.
I try to figure out from where it comes from but i have no idea.
If you can help me would be nice. I can provide connection to the dashboard details if needed.
