How do we manage language switching with the new concrete version ?

Do you mean the possibility to choose the language when you login?
Or do you mean the support for multilingual sites (ie site pages in different languages)?

I mean switching language for the site content, not the backend ... I am upgrading for a client and only now I realize that they did not include the switch language addon which I believe should be a priority.
