HTML entities in translations

I just saw that lots of the German translations contain HTML entities. Due to the use of utf8 this shouldn't be necessary anymore. Takes more time and looks ugly.

Is there something I haven't though about?

Did you test using normal UTF8-strings with special chars instead of html entities in c5?
