Not finding stylesheets

My first full site transfer. Everything seems to be loading but it is not finding the stylesheet. Looking at the source I see that it is adding index.php into the href
<href = "conc5/index.php/...and so on".
Got any ideas why that would be appearing? The url is correct if that was gone.

Had to activate a different theme and then re-activate the theme I created. Things set themselves right after that. So, I'm guessing, you should have a default theme set before transfer and set your theme after. Interesting.
