I have two problems,please help.

1. I read not one post about search, but nothing.
C5 search works only with english letters. If I use lithuanian characters (like ąčęėįšųūž)- no search results. Encoding UTF8. But here's the strange thing, search egz. :

Žąsis find
Markevičius not found
Markevič find
čiukčia not found
čiukč find

Problem like here:

So the search finding lithuanian characters.
Where is the problem?

2. In page types, when adding using block > setup to child pages. In open window (setup cild pages) is child list. Can't change order of pages, there is order by name. When I have many pages, best would be for me order by modify date.
How to change page list order in "setup to child pages" window?
