Sitemap bug in Hebrew translation

Hi,

I submitted this as a bug, but it would be nice to get some confirms.
When I apply the Hebrew translation to any fresh concrete5 5.6.0.2 install, the sitemap stops functioning (no options menu, no drag and drop reordering). This does not occur in other languages I've installed (tried just now in Finnish).

Any ideas?
