I may be mistaken, but i think we left this as something you have to change in the database of your language specific install..

These blocks should be translated.

So, prior to installing concrete5, if you modify concrete/config/base.php to change the default language from en_US to whatever, and make sure your new language's pack is already installed in the languages/ directory, they should be created with the proper names.

This will be less of a problem when user groups start offering concrete5 with these modifications already made.

great to know that translation will happen on a fresh install :)
