Trying to install new language

Hi

Im tying to install my nativ language instead of englich.

I followed this

AND
http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/installation/installing_c5_i...

I have installed version 5.6.2.1

I upload the files to
mysite/cms/language/da_DK/
whit the language file
- da_dk.mo
- da_dk.po
I then renamed thise 2 files to messages.po/.mo

I to to system->Language->
I try to change the language.
I get this error, on all pages.

It's maybe a typo in your post, but the .mo file has to be in
/languages/da_DK/LC_MESSAGES/messages.mo

yes i sort of tried to explain i did that whit

"I then renamed thise 2 files to messages.po/.mo"

Meaning the both rename to message whit the right name after
messages.po
messages.mo

Yeah, but did you put them in the LC_MESSAGES folder ?
