Welsh translation

Hi i have set up the welsh version of my site but the translate site interface is telling me a file is missing, could anyone give me any advice on hoe to go about getting the translation to work, as eventually i would like to add further languages that i would not be able to attempt translation of.

The problem is that no one has still translated concrete5 to Welsh.

concrete5 translations are maintained by the community: there are (a lot of) volunteers that translate and maintain translations in many languages.
