2 part form

I'm looking for a 2 part form that collects names and email addresses on one page with a next button that brings users to the rest of the form. Reason being I'd like to get peoples name and email address as soon as possible and then worry about collecting the rest of their information on the next page.

Let me know if anyone here knows of an add-on that does this or can build one.

Advanced Forms will work perfect for that.

ProForms can do this as well. Two ways. you can do a stepped form, or even have two separate forms connected to the same entry ID#, with one form forwarding to the next.

I'm Jacques

I’m looking for someone who can help our company (we will offer a mandate) to complete our recruiting website. We already purchased Advanced Forms and tried to automate a sequence of linear cascading events depending on form results i.e.: Passing Test1 sends notifications then opens up to T2. Failing T1 sends notifications. Passing T2 sends notifications redirects to upload page and redirects to T3 (…) you get the idea. Of course we would provide a detailed work flow chart.
