Add Custom 404 Page

I developed a site here on Concrete5 and am relatively new to coding and site development. I want to develop a customized 404 template for SEO purposes and I have no Idea how to do it. I would like to have someone develop and upload the changes to reflect live on the site as soon as possible. Please let me know. arcadiarecoverycenter.com
