Add on clash Ipud and Popup

I need someone who can make the Tony Popup add on work with the Ipud menu add on. Basically from my very limited knowledge, the Ipud is running a javascript so the popup is not activating the links within the IPUD. The Ipud has a class id for each link within it,so in theory Tonys popup should work.
