Personally, I only have experience with page list plus (which is pretty useful).

I didn't find dojo page list or page filter in the marketplace, only "page filter pro", which might be the successor to both. It looks like it's mostly a set of page attributes (which you set on each page) and templates for the page list block. Whereas page list plus is mostly the controller. If this is the case, you should be able to install dojo and copy the templates (in /packages/dojo_page_filter_pro/blocks/page_list/templates/* (or similar)) to /blocks/page_list_plus/templates/* (or similar). The developer of page list plus is pretty helpful.

Yeah. Page List Plus is designed to be a drop-in for the core page list.generally, you can copy templates to the blocks directory and they work, just as was mentioned before. Let me know if I can help.
