Add Ons in Project Page don't show up in Dashboard

I have added two add-ons from the 'marketplace' accessed from within my own site. There are only a handful available however.
When I add add-ons from the Marketplace on concrete5.org (which shows a much larger selection) however, they are added to my project page on concrete5.org but don't show up anywhere on my site, including in the Extend Concrete5/Add Functionality page. I can find no option to further associate or download them. How do I fix this?
