Advanced Implementation of Page List Block

I'm looking to create something likehttp://ehe.osu.edu/academics/programs/.... I like what the above offers with the filter system on the right.

Now from what I gather "Page List Block" is a start of this but is doesn't go all the way. I'm looking for someone to build out an interface like the above link to by using page attributes and so forth. If interested please let me know.
