Ajax Calendar for booking System

Hi,
I'm looking for someone to assist me in implementing an AJAX calendar to my package which is a booking system for tours.
I have tried to do it, but not successfully! you can view my attempt here:

It kinda works, but not by using the recommended methods described in the forums and I don't believe it to be very secure which I need it to be.
The calendar is a script from here:http://ecalendar.ozkanozturk.me/... and it needs to have the same functionality plus allow the user to choose the number of adults/students/infants.
