Ajax functionality and Dialog popup window
Permalink
Hello. I need someone who is experienced with Ajax in Concrete5 to assist me for a couple/few hours. Let me know your rate.
I am hoping that someone is available currently (the sooner the better). I am using Single Pages for these screens.
First item: I have some drop-down select boxes, that are populated from a database table. Whenever a user selects a value, it needs to use Ajax to populate some other fields. For example: if the user selects the state, then it will automatically (via Ajax) change the list of counties that are associated to that state (from our database).
There are other as well, but if the consultant just sets up one, then I can use it to implement the others as well.
Second item: I need to use the jquery Dialog to open up a pop-up window, with a list of available options, the user selects an existing value or types in a new value and clicks Save ... the data is saved to the DB and the parent window shows the new value.
I will provide the consultant with the model file, controller file, and Single Page file that is being used for this screen.
Thanks.
Brian
