Hiring a developer to convert layered PSD to full C5 theme

I'm looking to hire a developer to convert my layered PSD file to a fully functional working C5 theme. I'd like to kick this project off immediately, and would like to have the theme within 48 hours of the kick off.

Please respond with your experience/portfolio, project bill rate, desired method of payment, and delivery timeline.
