Assistance with additional add ons

We are currently using concrete 5 for two sites. We have had some issues trying to add a plugin menu for one as need 'zip file' installed. Also looking to purchase a new 'theme' for second site and add without major down time. Happy to give more information if needed.

Ideally looking for UK based individual/firm.
