Looking at Concrete5 as a possible CMS for a magazine website. The magazine is currently using vJoon K4 to manage it's publishing process, which includes an XML exporter. I'm looking for a solution that would allow Concrete5 to automatically detect new/updated XML files in a given server directory and update its database content accordingly. The format of the XML is flexible the files can be placed anywhere they need to be.

I'm also looking into a MODX solution for this, but the client prefers the Concrete5 GUI, so I'd be happy to go in that direction if someone can help me out with this addon.

Budget is somewhat flexible, but likely in the $4-5K range.
